I really like this company! I've been coming to Bend for many years and have stayed in hotels in the past. A couple of years ago, I happened upon Lucky Vacation Rental and booked one of their properties. The whole experience was awesome. And easy to book. I was a little nervous about renting a vacation home versus a hotel room but once I arrived, I was so happy! The kitchen had everything. The location was perfect. It was clean. I liked all the personal touches left by the "owner". Since then I've used LVR a lot and every time has been great. The last time I had a maintenance issue, and they were on it! The maintenance guy showed up within a half hour and repaired the issue. They even called to make sure it was fixed and I was happy. Exceptional customer service. Every time I use them, I'm not disappointed. I really can't say enough about them! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, affordable. They rock!

I booked a house more than a year in advance for the eclipse and they cancelled it six months later with no explanation and no compensation. Very disappointing.

Very scratchy sheets, deplorable customer service horrible experience, too high of a cost for a vacation rental, a lot of faults promises and gimmicks to get it you into a regular or no in reality they just want your money.
