Beneath the Surface Spa is a boutique spa, located in downtown Madison, a few blocks from the train station, offering customers the combination of massage, body treatments, facials, anti-aging treatments, facial peels, microcurrent facial, microdermabrasion, full body waxing and cryo facial. The settings are warm, inviting, beautiful and serene. We cater to men, women and teens, and offer the latest in products and therapies. bathroom not clean. place needa update. gotten rescheduled a few times because staff changed their days and times. not a customer friendly professional place.

I was uncomfortable throughout the massage, but I am very fussy about massages. Atmosphere was nice enough.

My fiancee was gifted a service by her brother through Amazon Local and since we had previously been clients, she was told she would be charged an additional $55 for the service as the gift she received was for first time clients only.  This would be a reasonable expectation if there was a way to tell everyone you know not to purchase a gift voucher as we had been there before.

The staff was inconsiderate and made her feel as if it was an elaborate plan on her end to circumvent their policies.  Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere and getting a refund from Amazon.

Apparently repeat business is not their priority.

I've received a collagen facial and a micro abrasion,  both were excellent. Marcie Was a genuinely loving and friendly person. The appearance of the shop was clean and neat and she took her time and i felt great afterwards. I should not i am a African american male with clogged pores on my nose and she took 30 min to extract them. My skin felt cleaner and brighter after the facial. No complaints Marcie is the best.
