I have worked at this spa for 6 months and I loved it up until this female sales manager began working here. She has made the environment very hostile, and most implortantly she thinks she knows everything in regards to the company and she tells clients the wrong information. She wears this disturbing wig, and she hires and fires people everyday. This woman is truly incompetent and the company will severely suffer as long as she has her position. This hand and stone is truly unprofessional, and the owners should really evaluate before hiring. She basically gets paid to do nothing. She doesn't do her duties, such as, keeping the spa clean or taking the garbage out. She literally gets paid to do absolutely NOTHING!! I suggest people to stay clear of this place, because as long as she's an employee there this company will never grow and elevate

My husband and I recently had a couples massage.  He had a masseur I have had in the past and she is wonderful.  I had someone that I had never seen before and feel he may have been fairly newly employed.   I must say, I was not thrilled with my massage.  It felt more like he was kneading pizza dough than offering a relaxing, soothing massage.  Also, the woman who did my check out could not figure out how to apply my packages in addition to begin charged a "Package Transfer Fee" for allowing my husband to use one of mine as my guest (I was never made aware of this prior to the appointment).  It took a solid 10-15 minutes to check me out.   For what this cost (We added hot stones and tipped 20%) I would have liked a better experience.

Fantastic as usual! My weekly appointments are very important to me for my overall health. John is so so amazing!!!! I just love his technique! The pressure is great & he gets all the knots out. Thank you John!

Always a great experience and doesn't feel like other chain spas.  The staff is always friendly and the estheticians and massage therapists are all attentive and very knowledgeable.
