This company & their plumbers go above & beyond. I have a lift pump station that has a motor that pushes all our waste up to the city sewer. All of our toilets, bathtubs & sinks were backing up because the pump stopped working. Called them they came right away, got everything working temporarily until the next day when he could dig the pump itself up. He came back as promised and tried to make the repair but couldn't finish because there was another issue in our drain lines that needed to be fixed. They made an emergency run to get us a new pump, cleaned all of our lines. Everything is working perfectly now. They went as far as moping the floors, cleaned the toilets & bathtubs for us. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hire them!!! You will have 100% confidence it will be done right the first time & they warranty their work. Did I mention the pump that needed to be replaced is under ground and he had to dig it up ... he did it in the rain, he didn't complain once & was extremely professional! Thank you Steven & Sheila for your outstanding service and going above & beyond.

I have to say that it was the worst experience i have ever dealt with and far as customer service.  On two separate occasions they called to reschedule in which the last time they called I explained that  they would have to be here  at the original rescheduled time set by their dispatch between eight and four . After numerous phone calls they offered to discount my service but not to which they advertise in their ad . I had to reschedule my days to tend to their newly appointed schedules and this was a huge inconvenience. The driver Eric was very professional when he arrived and was very apologetic saying that he felt I was not giving the service that they are known for. I would not recommend this company as keeping their customers happy or punctual service .

Guys did a great job. Responded quickly, figured out the issue, brought in heavy equipment to dig down to the issue, restored our sewer pipe and cleaned up after they were finished. All in a days work I guess. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Stay Away!!! I had nothing but problems with my experience with this company during and after there visit! The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled and laughed at my wife over the phone and never bothered to say what his name was. Looong story short, the 3rd technician to my house switched off the wrong breaker when trying to disconnect the old hot water heater since the first 2 technicians did not. He switched the heat pump breaker off which caused my heat to run only heat strips for a month and a half. The first months power bill was $700 and the year before it was $350. The company sent the 3rd technician back to my home to "evaluate" the situation. When he came out at 8:30pm (supposed to be there at 5) he first told me that he has never seen the breaker panel and had not been anywhere near it. When my wife walked into the room and quoted him on everything he told her while he was in the panel on the day he was there, he suddenly remembered being in it and apologized and admitted to what he did. He took pictures and said that he will turn it into the management and they will take care of it. After leaving voicemails and never hearing back from the owner for almost a week, he finally decides to call me and tell me that his technician never turned the breaker off and he knows that because he has worked there for 10 years and would not lie to him. I ended up meeting with the owner and the tech only to be lied to by the technician after he admitted to what he did at my home. The owner decided he would give me a total of $150 towards the $700 power bill and the next months bill which was already $350 with 16 days left in the billing cycle.I declined his $150 and was laughed at by them when we left. With all of that aside, the company charged around $1400 to run a 50ft waterline in a crawlspace and to install a $150 circulation pump on top of my hot water heater. After they left, my 2nd hot water heater (the one that the pump was installed on) started blowing water out of the top and through the cracks. When they finally decided to come back an hour later, they came to the conclusion that they are not responsible for it. The tech offered to replace it as a side job because the company charges to much!!! I paid a different company to replace the 2nd hot water heater. Then I called Benjamin Franklin back to come and drain out the first hot water heater and fix the wiring that they left. During this visit the tech turned the wrong breaker off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! If you do, go ahead and take a week of vacation off of work to deal with there problems and poor management.

Can’t thank you enough!!! Jordan was great. He showed up on time, quickly found the problem with my hot water heater and repair it. Thank you so much. Will tell my friends about the best plumber in Greenville.
