The only reason this company gets one star is because I had to put something. Had an appointment between 8am-1pm. 6 hour window. Waited and waited. Had to call them. The lady didn't know who had the work order or what time the could get here or how to get in touch with them...this was at 3pm. But when I said to cancel the appointment and I was going to call another plumber she knew how to do that!! Will never call again!!!

Do not use this outfit! Do not show up when they say, leave the job without saying a word and don't come back the next day....leaving you to call the office only to be told....there is no report from the technition on your property.....I can't tell you anything till he comes back to work next week! Won't use again!!!!!!

We called Glenn Plumbing after issues arose from our water heater in January. They came out, gave us an estimate, and we hired them to replace the unit based on the information they gave us. We know nothing about plumbing and had to take their word on everything that needed to be done. When they removed the old water heater, the (very unprofessional) technicians discovered a pipe that had been leaking a long time and needed to be replaced. Here is where the problems began. They cut away the siding on the house to get to the pipe that was leaking, cut the leaking section of copper pipe away and replaced it with a new section that was 'secured' with solder. Then they replaced the water heater on the concrete pad, but failed to level the pad so the heater was leaning to one side at a scary angle. As soon as they left, the hot water came through the new unit into the pipes and their solder patch began to -not just leak- spray all over kitchen floor. This was 20 min after the 'technicians' left. We immediately called them to come back and fix it, but they told us it was a 'separate' issue and they would charge us for another call and repair to come back and fix it. So, my husband used google and youtube and fixed it himself. We were still required to pay for the patch they did. $350. When we called and complained about the hot water heater leaning over, they didn't call us back and schedule a time to come and fix it. They hopped our 6 ft privacy fence when we weren't home, removed the latch so all of them could get in, and leveled the slab where the hot water heater was located. When we called about the breaking and entering, they said they didn't know anything about it, and we still had to pay for it. They were on the cheap side when they gave us the estimate, but you get what you pay for. They don't take credit cards either, so you can't pay over the phone.
