I found a large puddle on the floor of my basement. I didn't know the cause of the problem. I called the Company and explained the problem. They were initially not impressed by the urgency of the problem, offering me an appointment the next day. After I explained that that was not tenable for this situation, they found an appointment for the same day. An expert was sent and he found the cause of the problem and fixed it! Roto-Rooter did make the trouble go down the drain! Thanks to them.

Came out and got it working after $350. Was told to buy special toilet paper and I would be good. Five days later I had the same problem. Called them back and they said they couldn't guarantee their work because of a pipe connected in. Why didn't they fix it while they were here? Would not recommend.

They responded very quickly. Unclogged the pipes in the basement and we’re gone. Daniel the tech who came was very knowledgeable of the situation and really did a great job. Very professional. I will use them again if and when another problem arises.

The plumber came and fixed two leaks in the pipe. I paid $160 per hour. It took them three hours to fix the above ground leaks. I still have no water. They wanted another $700 to fix another leak. I said no. I was at work and they left did not lock my front door and left the door wide open and tracked mud everywhere. I will never use this company again.

The technician was fine. Took him about 20 minutes to clear a drain. Then we got to the fun part. In spite of Roto Rooter’s online assurances that they do not charge a weekend premium to clear drains, they charged me an extra 90 bucks to clear a washing machine line that I easily could have waited until Monday to clear if I’d known about the up-charge. Apparently, Roto Rooter’s been doing this for at least 10 years according to their dispatcher. I’m not a lawyer, but it sure looks like deceptive advertising to me.
