I was referred to Mr. Rooter by a family member. The appointment was easy to make, with availability that didn't drag out our water inconvenience (no hot water). We've just moved, so I was panicked. The team was timely, professional, and patient. They were able to get the hot water going and noticed some possible future complications. They provided me with a detailed explanation with estimate and pictures sent via email. Our day for service was cold and pouring buckets of rain. The team could've easily pushed it off until another day, as our water heater is outdoors and uncovered. Instead of rescheduling, they simply asked for an umbrella. We were able to come up with a better solution for that and they were in and out in little time. I'm so pleased. Our new house is so much nicer with hot water! Thank you!

Nathan arrived on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We scheduled to have a septic tank cleaned out on a home we had just purchased. Not having a clue where this tank might be, Nathan within minutes was able to locate and assess. He was efficient, quick, and extremely clean! (which is very important) He left the area where he had to dig in great condition. Guys that actually do great work like Nathan are hard to find these days. The monetary rate for the service was just below market average for the multitude of companies that I had contacted. I will be using Mr. Rooter from here on out!

Excellent service I called and they were able to come out that day. The gentleman was polite, clean and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in my water heater quickly and I have hot water. I will definitely call them if the need arises.

Great job!!! The technicians, Devin and Nate, were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. They were very respectful of our property and needs. They left everything clean and neat after they were finished. Great job Devin and Nate! Anytime we need plumbing services, we will call you first!!

We have had the best experience ever with first having a new bladder for our holding tank replaced a few days ago and today an entirely new septic tank.  These guys were fantastic, leveled the ground and put straw with grass seed on top.  Very professional but friendly and so knowledgeable.  They will be our new GO-TO guys for any plumbing/well issues in the future.  So impressed!!
