I called to schedule an appointment and was forwarded to call center--not the location. They said they accept my insurance and spent 15 minutes on the phone to collect information and schedule an appointment. Then they leave a voicemail saying they actually don't accept it. So I cancel and call my insurance who send me a list of 30 providers who accept my insurance. All of which are at this location so I call back.  Again forwarded to the call center and they say oh no, they accept my insurance only to call back again saying they don't. This place needs to get it together and stop forwarding calls to a call center.

My son had an awesome visit. It was very kid friendly and made him relax. It felt good to see my son laughing with the technician as she cleaned his teeth. He wasn't nervous which I thought he'd be. He was very comfortable. Thanks for making his first visit a good one. We'll see you in 6 months.

I was very nervous for this appointment because it was my first time taking my daughter to the dentist. They were great ! My daughter is only 2 years old and she still gets afraid. The doctor and staff were great with her. I already have her six month appointment scheduled.

This place is ridiculous wanted my social security number to be seen by reason for billing which is ridiculous because they don't need your social security number for that.
No doctors our dentist office needs your social security number!! I really hope ppl no there rights and don't give in to this BS!!!!

Terrible front desk service. Afro-American woman up front couldn't find our appointment first. Then when I mentioned we cannot wait too long seeing full office of waiting people, she said we will see the Doctor in 30 min, which is ok and we waited. After 45 min of waiting there still were people in front of us. The same women never said or felt sorry, you can tell by her attitude. We left and would never come back, of course. Paying that much money You want to make sure you are comfortable there.
