I love this dentist!! The staff is kind and caring. I read a previous review about him doing a procedure on the wrong tooth and I just can’t believe that. I went in once because I was experiencing some pain and Doc took a very conservative approach and we were able to fix the problem with some patience and some time. I find Doc to be very fair, honest, funny and genuine. I won’t go anywhere else and now I have my boyfriend going there as well. Highly recommend it!!!

Happened in 2016- The doctor started a root canal on the wrong tooth. He was juggling a few different patients and must have been confused. When I told him it was the wrong tooth he disagreed until I had a panic attack with tears streaming down my face begging him (and the assistant) to listen to me. He eventually patched the hole he left on THE WRONG TOOTH but that left my mouth in so much pain from all of the shifting from the patch. He did not admit to being wrong. I left extremely uncomfortable and the root canal had to be redone by an endo a week later. I have not been back since. I’m still feeling the effects of this mistake today.

AMAZING!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am. The entire staff are genuinely interested and caring. Full of smiles and beyond polite. Dr. Hershfeld is the BEST!! I felt like family not a patient.

Most honest dentist I have ever visited.  Most dentists try to get you to buy all this expensive dental work, and some will even claim you have cavities or other problems that aren't there.  Here, they only do procedures if they are absolutely necessary or if you want them to be done.  He is also casual and funny and puts you at ease.  The hygienists are also all very personable, gentle, and kind.  Really happy I found this office two years ago.

Excellent dentist. Great sense of humor. Won't force unnecessary procedures on you. Honest and fair. Excellent staff.
