It's been almost 6 years since I last saw a Dentist!! I was petrified going in but to My surprise the office environment is very happy and positive. Marci was very welcoming. I had Candice take me in first who was great. Then I met the Doc who made me feel comfortable aswell. At last I met the Hygienist Lauren who was very thorough with the cleaning process and in no rush. I still have to get my dental work done so will follow up on that. But overall I was Pleasantly surprised in a very good way!! Thanks to the team!!

What a wonderful first visit. The staff was amazingly pleasant to speak to and thorough during my visit. I was given suggestions on how I can have an even healthier set of teeth and a great first impression! I love them and I will be back

My husband and I have been going to Neshaminy Valley Dentistry (formerly Bensalem Family Dentistry) for several years and we couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Eisenbrock is very skilled and solves problems in a creative way. He is on par with the Academic Dentists from the university where I worked. His wife, Marci, is the receptionist and she is both very professional and friendly. Lauren is an excellent hygienist. Brittany and Jackie are superb assistants. In fact, everyone in the office is competent and very professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs good quality dental care.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. The staff have always been very friendly and considerate. I had Amber as my hygienist for my past visit, she did an excellent job with the cleaning, but also helped educate me on what I should be doing for my teeth to prevent future issues. I've always appreciated how proactive they are, it makes me confident that I'm doing the right things to take care of my mouth.

I have had terrible experiences at dentists, but this practiced has restored my faith in the dental industry. Dr. Eisenbrock genuinely cares about his patients and makes sure they are comfortable multiple times during exams and procedures. Amber and Lauren give excellent cleanings and let patients know exactly what tools they are using and what they are doing every step of the way. I am very happy with this practice and recommend it to all my friends.
