Bergstrom has been a great dealership from all aspects.  Though I did not buy my new car from them (which was a BIG mistake), they have serviced my new car for several years.  They have done warranty claims and recalls on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.  The Oshkosh Jeep dealership is simply OUTSTANDING.  Special recognition to Steve, the smiling face in the service department and Bruce, who has outstanding diagnostic skills. Thank you, Bergstrom, for saving me from a different dealership in the Valley that I will not visit again.  You have our family's business for all future car purchases.  
If you want an honest, friendly repair department with top notch customer service, Bergstrom is the way to go.

No help from Jeramy in Volvo service. Avoids  phone calls, will not return voice mail. I am not sure why, but it was very disappointing and frustrating. I advise to stay away.

hey DO NOT FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY HONESTLY BECAUSE IF YOU DO AND ITS BAD THE GM WILL CALL YOU AND TEL YOU THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER SERVICE YOUR CAR SO THEY WANT YOU TO LIE AND IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME JUST KEEP ON READING THE REVIEWS BECAUSE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE do not care about long time loyal customers just get a slap in the face
no accountability total disrespect Appleton Chev/Caddy is just terrible 
20 years of loyalty and then told they DO NOT want me as a customer
do to their MISTAKE WOW WOW WOW 
They must have plenty of customers so 1 just does not matter to them @ all
or you will just take it up the tailpipe
then you get sent to a different Bergstrom and have even more headaches
can not even learn the tire loc. dents dents if you do not want dents in your car go somewhere else because you will get them @bergstrom for free

Customer service is extremely rude, they don't honor contracts, I have never been so disrespected in my life.  I will not step back into another Bergstrom dealership.

Excellent service with admirable integrity.  In the past 7 years we have purchased 5 vehicles from Bergstrom. We continue to purchase from the Bergstrom organization due to their recognition of our loyalty.
