Took my car in to get checked and while I was waiting in their waiting room the service guy comes in with a very dirty air filter and says that I need to change it. He then told me for an extra $20 charge that they can get it finished. I then told him that I will do it myself at home. When I got home and looked at my air filter I realized it wasn't even the same one he showed me! Mines was still in tip top condition the one he showed me wasn't even compatible For my car! I'm honestly happy that I said no to the air filter service!

The purchasing experience could not have gone more smoothly Kody was a wonderful salesman he was patient, knowledgeable, and didn't make you feel like he was just trying to sell you a car. He listens to what you need and recommends the best options for you. If you're going to buy a car from here I highly recommend him, I would easily rate our experience 5 stars. As for the service department, don't waste your time. If you need work done call somewhere else, every time I have gone there I have have waited 5-10 min just to check in my car. The shuttle service has never been convenient, the wait is ridiculous averaging 20-30 min to not arrive where you need to be on time. And to wrap things up, SOME of the staff is rude. I understand if you're having a bad day but loose the attitude with your customers. I stopped in to schedule an oil change, I was told the soonest appointment was a 1:15 same day. At the time I didn't think would work, but I called 5 min later to confirm and I was told that the time was "never available", shortly after the employee just hung up the phone. I wish I could rate this place better but all of my follow up experience and been far short of their standards & basic expectations.

Very friendly and prompt service! They are the only dealership that could get my car in for service at the time I needed. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. They have just earned a customer for life.

They are great. Bought a vehicle from them and they treated us great. They are friendly and professional at what they do.

The service department here is the worst. Never call you to tell you what is going on. Had to pay for same service twice because they screwed up the first time. Will never go here if I don't have to.
