I just wanna tell everyone about my experience with Bergstrom Lexus. I came in a few weeks ago wanting to buy a used 2008 Lexus LS 460. All of the staff was very nice and professional. I worked directly with Eric the financial manager, and Andy the car salesman. Let me tell you; these guys are literally great people. With a far-from perfect credit score they were able to get me going in a beautiful car. When I arrived the first time I wanted the 2008 Lexus, but ended up driving away in a 2015. I had no clue that someone would approve me for such a car because of my credit history back in my early years. I can recall Eric the financial manager making calls all through the day for about 2-3 days just to get me going. Several banks put up walls, but Eric and Andy got the job done with a decent APR.  I've worked in dealerships in the past, but I've never seen such a hard working group of people like the guys at Bergstrom Lexus in Appleton. I highly recommend this dealership. If you're thinking of getting a new car, check these guys out. I wanna thank you all again.

Had an initial mix-up with some communications with the Service department, was able to talk with Mark (service manager) about it and get things resolved fairly quickly.

This is the best dealership on the planet. I've never been treated so well. The Bersgstrom Family knows how to manage a dealership. I would never buy a car anywhere else!!!

The facility was incredibly clean and impressive. Even the floors in the service department were immaculate. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgable about their product. They made me feel as though I was the most important person that came in that week!

I love this dealership. I wish I could buy a new Lexus every month just so I can feel as special as I felt when I was at Bergstrom Lexus.

Rick Bergstrom is the General Manager at this dealership and literally made me feel as though we have been best friends for years. 

Count me in as a life long customer of Bergstrom Lexus. Even if I move to Russia, I'm buying my next car from Rick and he can ship it to me!!!
