Always get our car washes here and other services without a problem, but today we went in and they ate our bag of jerky that was tucked in on the passenger's side. We know because there was pieces of it all over the shift gear and on the driver seat. My husband is a neat freak when it comes to his car even I can't eat in it without him knowing. That's disgusting and very unprofessional. Will definitely say something the next time we need service.

Saw a 2005 Malibu on your website for $2900. We drove up from Madison to find out that the car isn't for sale and will be going to Auction. Very infuriating. We were looking for a inexpensive car to get us through as a second vehicle. The salesman was rather rude and said that a person is better off getting a loan for a newer and decent car. We left. Please don't list a car on your website if it isn't ready for sale or no intention of selling it anyway because it "isn't worth your time".

I am extremely irate that I have spent over 90 minutes waiting for a oil change that is covered under a platinum plan I purchase with my vehicle in December of 2016. What made me more furious is at the end of the 90 minutes, the service writer asked me if I wanted one of my tires taken off so that it can be put back due to the seal being bad. To make matters worse, I work 3rd shift and get off work at 5:00 am but waited until 9:00 am to come in because that is the time Russ Darrow is listed as open online. Im tired and angry because I felt i was not being well taken cared of. Atleast 3 people came in after me and left before the service writer even asked me if I wanted to have my tire fixed. Ridiculous! I am seriously debating on swallowing the pill that I made a mistake buying a vehicle here and also going with the platinum package and choose to take my needs to another service shop. I recommend that nobody brings their vehicles or wallets here unless it is completely necessary. To top this off, I was trying to make eye contact with the salesman that sold me my vehicle on two occasions to say "Hi" and to tell him I was happy with my vehicle. Needless to say he didnt recognize me even though it was only two months ago. He seemed to care an awful a lot about who I was when he knew I wanted to buy a vehicle...

About 7 months ago, I bought a vehicle from you guys. I was feeling really happy that I finally could trade in my crappy car for what I thought, was going to be a more reliable vehicle for myself and my family. Let me tell you about my overall experience. First of all, the salesman that I dealt with initially was a very nice guy and I actually feel his intentions were good. He, after all was just doing his job. During the test drive of the car, I noticed the check engine light was on. I explained to the salesman, that I was interested in the car but that I would like the problem to be resolved. I was told the next day, that the issue had been fixed. I went in the next day to sign the paperwork and take the vehicle home. During the signing, I was told that anything that goes wrong with the vehicle going forward, is my responsibility. In my mind, I am thinking "Sure, no biggie.. an minor maintenance stuff, etc.. whatever!" Never, did I think 6 months later, I'd be having to deal with what I am now. 2 weeks after buying the vehicle, the check engine light came back on. I attempted to contact the salesman, who did not respond. I then took the vehicle to my mechanic who, did a diagnostic and showed that 2 of my cylinders were misfiring. I had all of the spark plugs replaced (mind you all of the previous ones were in horrible condition) I drove the car and not even a day later, the engine light was back on and the next weekend I went to start my car and it would not start. I had it towed to my mechanic who did a full diagnostic and found that the compression in the engine was extremely low. I immediately attempted to contact you guys and the first person I spoke with, who is sales manager, was extremely rude to me. I was kind, calm and collective and he was just rude. He then placed me on hold for over 20 minutes to transfer me to someone in your service department. The man I spoke with there was very kind and told me unfortunately he was not who I would need to speak with. He also told me they had no record of my car ever being "fixed" or serviced there, which I found odd considering I was told it had full service inspection and the check engine problem was fixed before I bought it. I was told to call back the next day and speak with the Director of service, so I did. After speaking with him, I was told he would be contacting me the next morning after looking over the information in front of him. I never received a call back. I attempted to call both him back and even attempted to contact the General Manager. I never received a call back and was told they were busy etc. I am paying for a vehicle I bought for over $6700, that I cannot at the moment drive, because I have to come up with another $2000 to have an engine placed in this vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with how things were handled and even more dissatisfied that you guys clearly were/are not willing to do anything at all to make this right. Especially since you are a well known dealership. Just an overall bad experience and I will not be recommending you guys to anyone.
