Scott Li was amazing in helping me sell my property.  Living in California while trying to sell a house in Philadelphia seemed difficult, at first, but Scott made it so easy.  He made sure that he understood what I needed so that I had full confidence that he can represent me to the buyers.  He is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely enjoy helping people.  He guided me every step of the way so that there was never any need to be in Philadelphia.  He even went out of his way to help me find contractors to do some of the required works needed in order to sell the house.  If you have a property to sell or you are looking to buy a house, I would highly recommend you talk to Scott.

Scott helped me on all aspects of finding my first home - he was very knowledgeable and unbiasedly informational. As a first time home buyer, there was so much I did not know, and so many legal terms I did not understand. Scott was always available for my phone calls, and would call me to explain a document before he would even send it over. He helped me find the perfect home in just a few weeks and helped me along through out the whole process from "just thinking about it" all the way past closing - following up to make sure everything worked out for me. I would strongly recommend RealtyTopia to any of my close friends when they're looking to purchase their first, or next home.

My experience with Realty Topia was a very pleasant one.  I was looking to purchase a Condo for my daughter and I.  I worked closely with Scott Li who was very knowledgeable in helping me with decision making as this was my first home buyer experience.

I found a property that I really liked and he explained to me thoroughly that this property was a "short-sale" and what to expect in this process if I chose to proceed.  I made the decision to follow through.  After months of his hard work along with his staff, (which were very pleasant to work with as well).  At the very last minute I had to cancel the deal because I did not meet all the requirements for the mortgage.

Realty Topia re-assured me that I would be refunded, which i was. Scott Li was of great assistance in that area as well.  In the near future, I plan to go back to searching for a home.  With the help of his staff.  I am very confident that I will be a home owner in the near future.

Realtytopia exceeded my expectations during the selling process.  Scott was very attentive and always available whenever I had a question or concern.  Realtytopia's professionalism is unmatched and I will be using their services again in the future.

The team at RealtyTopia took searching for my new apartment personally and that's what made all the difference to me.  It was more like working with an old friend vs. a business looking to close any deal. 

My experience with the first Realtor I found from one of the big named companies had me feeling like I was dealing with a used car sales man; not only did he double the application fee but wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for the background check! I quickly walked away and ended up reaching out to RealtyTopia.

In the end, after reviewing my needs, stipulation & tight time constraints, we found an apt. that far exceeded my expectations for my price point.  

This was over a year ago and I resigned just the other month after reviewing the market with with my Realtor at RealtyTopia.  Scott & the team know I'll be back when I finally move on to a home & I find solace knowing that I can expect the same attention & dedication!
