PLEASE READ THIS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB DUE TO RKAK WRONGFULLY SENDING $4,800 TO COLLECTIONS. ATTACHED ARE THE IMAGES OF THE RESPONSE FROM MR. KUMAR. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE HIGHLIGHTED PORTIONS. HE CLAIMS I GOT EVICTED, YET I HAVE NEVER BEEN EVICTED FROM ANY SORT OF APARTMENT TO THIS DAY. HE ALSO CLAIMS THEY PERFORM MAINTENANCE IN A TIMELY MATTER? I HAVE 2 EMAILS ATTACHED OF THE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS I SUBMITTED. I ASKED FOR A DOOR KNOB, MY SHOWER KNOB, AND MY WINDOW TO BE FIXED. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL WEREN'T FIXED. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT 6 MONTHS IS A TIMELY MATTER. THAT IS UNREAL, A RESPONSE FROM AN OWNER AND ITS NOT EVEN TRUE. KEEPING THIS GOING IT TOOK HIM EXACTLY A MONTH TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT? HOW IS THAT PROFESSIONAL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.I COULD POST MORE TO THIS REVIEW BUT ITS NOT WORTH MY TIME. RKAK IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THEY ARE A WORTHLESS COMPANY WHO PROBABLY CAN NOT EVEN SPELL THEIR OWN NAMES. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY ARE A VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A RENTAL COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES IN THE 4 OTHER APARTMENTS I'VE LIVED IN TIL I DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE READ! Not the type of person who leaves reviews but please don't NOT rent from this company. I wish I could give them zero stars. We have had a hole in our ceiling that was made but one of their own maintenance men who originally came out to fix a leak in our upstairs toilet. He said he was going to let it dry out for the next few days and he would be back by the end of the week but he never came back for at least 3 weeks. Called the rental company 3 times after that and 3 other people came out to fix it and said they would have to leave to go get more supplies and none of them came back. The hole is above our kitchen stove and dirt and bugs and mold have been falling on our kitchen stove for months! We keep calling and nothing ever gets done, and my roommates have been getting sick from being exposed to the mold! This company does not care about the quality of their properties or the well being of their customers. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!

I honestly don't know how this company has any positive reviews. They never answer their phones or return your calls. The apartments themselves are trash and they never take care of anything that needs fixing. They simply do not know how to handle simple business and customer service issues and will take any money they can from you. We have been living elsewhere for almost 8 months and my boyfriend just got notified they sent him to collections. NOT ONCE did they try to call or notify him of anything as we thought we had the situation taken care of. There are so many other options for rental companies in the FM area and RKAK is simply a pathetic excuse of a company.

International students should double read the lease before signing it,  they just want to fine you no matter what, we had to go to court for having couch in our porch. They won the case cause they had lawyer and money.  Think twice ..

Great place to rent from! I’ve never had any problem what so ever, if something was needed to be done it got done right away. Clean environment. I highly recommend RKAK.
