The sale rep, Glenn M., was an absolute joy to work with. Glenn isn't the stereotypical "car salesman," and instead is someone who showed genuine respect, care, and honesty throughout our interactions over two weeks. 

Despite ultimately not making a car purchase from Berman, I'm proactively writing a review for Glenn because of the positive experience I had working with him over multiple emails and phone calls. I'd highly recommend others who are interested in a Subaru specifically work with Glenn from Berman. (I can't say the same about most of the other sales reps I've dealt with from multiple other dealerships.)

When I'm ready to purchase my next Subaru, Glenn will be the first person I reach out to.

Easy car buying experience.  Kyle Jones was attentive, knew the vehicle details well, and gave me a great price.  The finance manager was awesome, as was the general manager.  The dealership is clean and bright.  I was in and out with a new car in a few hours.  Highly recommended.

Purchasing a car can be an emotional experience. It is not something you do everyday. (Thank God for that.) We chose Berman Subaru for their large selection of vehicles. When I arrived and met Tina I was instantly put at ease. Tina knows her business and was able to answer all of our questions. The entire sales process was laid back and very easy. We came in from out of state to make this purchase. The dealership allowed me to use one of their office spaces as if it were my own. If you are looking for a Subaru check out Berman and give Tina a call.

This is the best car dealership we have ever been to.  Special shoutout to the whole Berman Subaru of Chicago team, especially to Edwin Acevedo, the Sales Associate who helped us reach a great decision as to which Subaru we needed to buy. He was very welcoming,  professional, thorough and very patient.  The whole experience was smooth, and the process, problem-free. Will surely recommend to our friends who are in the market for cars. We left with our Forester feeling happy and confident about our purchase!  Simply an awesome encounter with this team! Cheers!

Bob at Berman Subaru of Chicago was extremely easy to work with.  He found my perfect vehicle within days!  It was the perfect experience when purchasing my first vehicle.  Bob is personable and made the car buying experience less stressful. I strongly recommend Bob to assist with purchasing a car!  He was able to help with the most difficult questions and requests!
