Outstanding, professional, friendly, & honest are just a few of the words that come to mind when describing my experience in buying my new vehicle here yesterday! I have purchased many cars, new and used, over the years and I say the purchase of a used 2013 Audi S5 and selling of my 2012 Ford Focus was the least painful (in fact painless/even enjoyable) car experience I've had (we arrived 1 hour before closing).  Andre Jennings was our salesperson but he didn't sell, he helped.  The two Porters in the garage beamed as they delivered the Audi and were helpful in every stage including running (not walking) to back up the Audi as I unloaded the sold Ford so I wouldn't have to walk far.  And Kissy, their Finance Manager, was amazing and personable. 

This Audi is clean, no scratches dings -- looks brand new and the price was great; my wife and I are sold on this dealership.  Excellent job The Autobarn City Volkswagen of Chicago!

They did out of state cosigners, without fuss. 5 other dealerships told me no. AND they were not pushy about financing on my own. 
The salesman I worked with, Andre, was professional but also very welcoming. Easy to work with. 
Great selection of cars! I came in search of a specific one, but it had sold. Andre was very positive, even though he could tell I was not pleased. He showed me a similar (and better!) car so it worked out okay. 
The financing dept was able to get me the loan length/payment/fair interest rate that I wanted.

Update...
New crew at the dealership. I went there very as a very qualified buyer to purchase great with great credit score and previous customer. Their price was over $150 more than the deal I ended up with. Same car, color, options, exactly. I ended up at Mike Haggerty on 8920 S Cicero in the south side. I dealt with Pat and Paul. One of the easiest leases I've ever done. Great prices right from the beginning and they did what they had to do quickly to make the deal happen.
Great guys, honest service. When you can't find loyalty from your previous dealership, it's time to jump ship. So I did. And it was a great decision.

I recently had my first car buying experience here and I could not have asked for it to go any better! Ricky was informative, to the point, and super nice! I never at any point felt rushed to make a decision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and came in on his day off when I needed to pick the car up the next day. Kissy in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made the whole process really easy! Overall, a great experience at a great dealership.
