I love bringing my car in for service here. The men who work the service counters are always very nice, understanding, patient and do their best to get you out of there as quick as possible. I also like that I am able to look at and roam around the showroom without being hounded by salesmen! That is a super plus because you're able to approach them as well with any questions you may have or even to spark small conversation and they won't try to talk you into trading your car or anything like that. They're respectful of you...and nowadays, that trait is hard to find in people who are in sales.

Midtown Toyota is the place to go! I recently purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from Midtown Toyota and I could not have been any more pleased. Arturo García was our salesperson and he made us feel at ease with everything. No detail was too little or too big for him to explain to us. He was also extremely patient and did not rush the process at all. Arturo made sure we felt comfortable in everything we did and in asking all the questions necessary for us to make our decision. I took my dad with me just in case there was something I didn’t understand but in reality Arturo made everything very easy that I didn’t really need my dad but having him there was still a good feeling. Arturo is a very knowledgeable man and he knows what he is doing. His expertise was extremely helpful to us and I would not change anything about my car buying experience. As I mentioned earlier, midtown Toyota is the place to go and Arturo Garcia is the salesperson to trust!

Worked with Salesman, Renee.  He was awesome and very knowledgeable of assisting me with needs to buying a new car.  I brought my car in October and Renee has been very instrumental in followup and communicating with me.  I initially went to Midtown Toyota for an oil change and the service was so good I came back to buy a car.

I love Midtown Toyota! They have the best service department, their staff is very friendly and doesn't talk down to me.  Their prices are very reasonable and they always tell me what all my options are.

Good dealer quality service, but still overpriced. General inspections do not cover suspension checks. Initially came in to get a recall done. Made an appointment online. Came in the day of the appointment to find they did not have the part. So I had to go back another day. Maybe they can find a way to notify customers who make appointments online that there would be a wait for parts for some jobs.
