Welcome to Millennium Auto Sales, home of the best used cars in Chicago, Illinois. We have worked hard to build a reputation for selling high quality used cars backed by extraordinary service. Most of our business is done with individuals who've never even driven the vehicle or seen it in person prior to purchasing. Only two things make that possible: unequaled quality and a high level of service. I found and inquired about my vehicle through my credit union and promptly received a text asking to call as soon as I found the vehicle I wanted. I came in and the sales person, Patrick, was very professional and patient when I posed questions.  The finance manager, Primo, was also patient and professional when I asked questions about the financing. Pricing on their nice selection of cars was good. The time spent here purchasing my vehicle was less than I spent at other dealerships just inquiring about a car. I'll be sure to come here first for my next vehicle. ***UPDATE*** Do not be conned into buying an extra key from where they recommend.  I ordered a key as my vehicle only came with one and I couldn't use it.

From the first step I walked into here I was greeted with a friendly manor.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
The sales manager helps you get what you want.
Amy was my sales person and she was very informative and made everything very easy and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions she didn’t give me the run around and was patient with me.

I had a great experience. We drove from 3 hours away, the car was as described, very nice,  and all the staff did a great job helping us. Our salesperson Amy was amazing, she made it fun and easy. Highly recommend working with her. Amy was very nice and took the time to show us the car and make sure we were comfortable.  Thanks Millennium Auto  for treating us so well!

Came here to buy my first car. My amazing experience started when they let my family and I park close to doors because my cousin is in a wheel chair and the regular parking did not work well with her ramp. They let us come in the show room doors for her chair and quickly accommodated is in an office. My sales man was Patrick and he helped me find a car similar to the one I had already picked out since it was not available. Pricing was great and I did not feel any pressure from Patrick or anyone else while we were there. I was pre approved for financing so that sped up the buying process. After getting my keys, the owner reassured me that if I ever needed anything with my car - lights came on, something not working, broken mirror, etc to give them a call and they will work with me. He said he didn’t care whether it was a week from now or two years - if it was something they could fix it would be at a reduced cost to me through them. Sure enough in a week I realized I was missing an inflation kit for my car and since I didn’t get the $250 off the asking price when we did financing (I forgot to check), they honored that and gave me an inflation kit and transmitter/key fob for my car at no cost. This dealer is amazing to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone!! I have had my car for three weeks and put 500 miles on it with not one issue. Love my car, love my dealer, loved the sales team!!

A pleasant experience.  I originally had planned to visit at least two other dealerships to be able to compare things.  But as I proceeded, the experience was so good that it was not necessary to visit anywhere else.  There was straight talk and no hassles.
