Had nothing but wonderful experiences at this store. I searched everywhere for a dress and every time I wound up here. The customer service here makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

I have been visiting and shopping at Bernstein's for many years. I discovered the store when I was at Rutgers University in New Brunswick and used to shop during my lunch hours. I was also taken care of for whatever special event or casual look I wanted.  I found fantastic dresses for my daughters' weddings; and I found the perfect dress for my son's wedding in California. (Bernstein's packed my dress with care and concern so that I could take it on the plane without wrinkles and worry).
The staff is friendly and although I don't spend $$$$ I feel valued and honored each time I enter the store. Weddings over; I now look to one of a kind sportswear for vacations and events.

Terribly poor service. Outdated dresses. Uneducated stylists. No idea how they're still in business. So overpriced for what they sell.

This store has the worse service ever! The women in the store are miserable and very unhelpful. I was looking for a dress for my daughter communion and not to drive to Short Hills Mall I thought I would support a local business. Lesson learned. Short Hills here I come!
