Went to Ultimate swim shop the other day. Bought 4 new Speedo jammers (to replace jammers I bought from them years before) and new fins. This is not a big humongous shop but they had everything I needed at an incredible price. The woman working there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. As long as Ultimate Swim shop is in business I will be a customer. Thanks for being a brick and mortar store in a virtual world.

This shop is so unreliable.  It's a business!  DO NOT go unless you call.  I've learned the hard way.   When I call nobody answers the phone.  Sometimes they have an answering machine, but if you leave a message, no one calls back.  I would not go back to this store again even if I got the merchandise was free.

This shop was extremely helpful and the service was great.  If an item isn't in stock, they will order immediately.  They offer a wide variety of suits and fun accessories.  I highly recommend it!!!
