Bertuccis is one of my favorite restaurants. That being said, I was very disappointed with my order last night. I ordered the rigatoni with pomodoro sauce which was delicious. However my mother ordered the grilled chicken Marsala, which is her favorite meal. I ordered online and there was no option to choose pasta as your side. Every time I've seen Marsala ordered at an Italian place, it's served with pasta. This came with broccoli and potatoes.. totally not what she was expecting. I didn't even read the description on the menu because as an Italian ordering from an Italian restaurant I just expected pasta. There was also maybe a drop of Marsala sauce on the chicken. She enjoyed it, as the ingredients were still delicious, but it's not what I paid for. If I wanted plain grilled chicken with broccoli and potatoes I could've made it myself for cheaper.

The food was not as tasty like in other Bertucci's. The service was good though.

good pizza for adults. the kids (they're 7-15) not so much. It was clean and also had quick service.

Came here for a group farewell dinner. Our large group was seated fairly quickly even without a reservation (in the past we were seated immediately with a reservation, which was nice), and the food was yummy. The waiter was fast and friendly, and everyone had a great time!
