This was my first time going to this particular location today. I went to return a pair of headphones that snapped literally after one use that I bought just a few days earlier. I was told that I had to call the manufacture and see if they can send me a pair and they weren't sure if they could possibly do that, but I could get a refund, store credit or new pair. I simply wanted to return them for a high end brand and literally pay the extra $120 difference. , but nope they said it was against there policy. Wouldn't you know I went to a different Best Buy the same day and was able to exchange them for the high end brand. I shop at Best and even have a credit card with them therefore I know the return policy well. Something was completely wrong with the way my situation was handled today. Will never shop at this location again.

I live in Beijing and visited the US over the holidays. When visiting the store I specifically asked if the unlocked iPhone SE would work overseas in China to which the rep responded that it would. Well, not so much. The model I was sold is the A1662 which while it works to make phone calls and use a 3g network, it does not work on the 4g network which renders it quite useless to me. I could've just as easily purchased the phone in China for around the same price and had none of this headache. However, I took their advice and went ahead with the purchase. After I spoke to the customer service reps on the phone, they essentially told me tough it's beyond the return period. So now I've got an iPhone SE that sits around collecting dust. Nice work Best Buy!

Stopped in to peep some cameras. The gentleman working in that department was very helpful and schooled me on what to look for and consider when looking. Everyone was kind and attentive.

It's great to have a really good bricks-and-mortar store in the neighborhood. I've been an avid Amazon customer for 20 years now. But for many products, I prefer to shop where I can get my hands on the products. Best Buy has the best products and prices that match/beat Amazon. Returning products is a much easier process at Best Buy. Lastly, I find their staff to be wonderful, and well-informed.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The first person I asked for help stood there and texted on his phone in my face while I was trying to speak to him! And then finally I went to someone else to try to get help. The whole "price match" is a joke! Don't waste your time in the store!
