Mike Parks is the best salesperson I had the pleasure of dealing with. From beginning to the end of our transactions. He works through his lunch time and calls back customers during his day off just to make sure they are taken care of. This shows he is very committed to his customers and their satisfaction stays at 100%. I'm not sure what he is paid, but he probably deserves a little more and you may want to consider make sure to keep him around. It's hard to find such quality as his loyalty has proven to me, By the way if this survey is shared with Mike, tell him thank you again and stay gold:):):)

Shane was the most knowledgeable salesman that helped me at any store. He is professional, personable, provided great considerations for me, and I am thrilled with my experience. Ten thumbs up!!

It was our 1st time in Big Screen Store... We came in last minute before close on a Friday night. Shane helped us out and really made it easy. We had a beautiful Samsung mounted on the wall and all set up on Tuesday morning.

Josh at the Big Screen Store in Towson provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not only did he offer me a great price on the TV I purchased, but he also went out of his way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. 
I called him on the morning of the installation and asked about adding a sound bar wall mount and its installation to my order. Josh coordinated everything with the installers and actually went and bought the wall mount at a local Best Buy and delivered it to me at my office to ensure I had everything in place for the installation that evening. Great job. That's how you keep a customer for life.

Sales tech was great!!  Very accommodating.

Other service and installation was also good.

I thank the owner and salesman for following up with my satisfaction. Yes I agree there is a difference with the BOSE system.  Just was not sure it was worth the extra cost.  I know BOSE sound systems are  not cheap but since I watch TV a lot sound is very important to me.  Thanks again.
