Service is always amazing whenever I go in. All the employees are eager to help and try their absolute best to assist you in whatever you are looking for. the computer parts center in the back of the building is a tough place to understand when you don't know computers but the guys that work back there are really good at explaining things so that everyone can understand. even people that know a lot about computers will enjoy this place because they have beginner as well as advanced components available. I don't think there's ever been a time when I've gone and did not find what I was looking for. I also don't think I've ever gone and had a bad experience with an employee.

Excellent store! 99% of the time have what we come in for, if not they order it. Friendly staff that know what they are talking about. Excellent variety. Good prices, they also price match !*

Went in on a Sunday morning with two kids. I needed help finding 2 new usb cords for different appliances.  The salesman was patient and helpful with finding the right items, and allowed me to get out of the store quickly!

This by far has the best customer service people. they are so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain things that you may not understand, the prices are insanely cheap and they will price match anything that Amazon has in stock!! The only problem is location, parking on a Friday Saturday or Sunday can absolutely suck... sometimes have to park over by the Denny's!!

This place is a toy store for anyone with more than a moderate interest is electronics. If Amazon doesn't help you enough with your choices, the expert staff will be able to help you decide, and their prices are usually competitive with the online behemoth, and their return policy and rebates can't be beat.
