Best Buy has done a big turn-around in the area of customer service in recent years. We stopped shopping at BB some years ago because it became impossible to shop there without being strong-armed by the sales staff into buying their recommended brand of whatever it was you were looking for. Completely different experience shopping at BB today. The sales staff is helpful without being overbearing. The technical support staff is as competent as I've ever seen. I plan to be a regular BB customer from now on.

I went to buy some Apple AirPods on a Saturday afternoon. Best Buy online said they were in stock however when I arrived they were already sold out. Initially I was a bit disappointed however a team member approached me and gave me some alternatives. Subsequently checked inventory locally for this highly sought after item. Finally , he made arrangements for me to pick up at another location nearby... I give five stars to the young gentleman in the cell phone-Apple department. (Damn... wish I recalled his name, from India I think?) Definitely an asset for your company. One reason I didn’t give 5 star experience is company restrictions in returns... these days it seems many companies are more flexible ( Big wholesale clubs , online stores ) when buying electronic merchandise, it’s assuring to know you have flexibility if it doesn’t work out. Best Buy certainly has the goods, most if not all of your electronic needs and price points. I recommend checking it out.

The general manager did an excellent job helping us out with a gift card issue. Also their staff were stellar! Very helpful in getting us set up with our new phone. Astounding friendly, attentive service.

Geek squad really good. Very helpful. The one issue I did have was had to go ask for help twice to get black ink for my printer as I could not reach top shelf, and then they didn't have the one I needed. Very poor selection of ink for copiers. Target had 3 times as many different kinds.

It's a Best Buy, but the staff here is above average. They are helpful and more knowledgeable than the average blue shirt. Inventory is usually better than average. It's clean. This is all things that one should normally find in a retail establishment, but I've shopped Best Buy for years and it's always been hit and miss. All Best Buy's should be like this one.
