Best Buy in Eden Prairie is one of the best I've visited in the Twin Cities region. With the exception of the Black Fridays craze, there's always ample parking whenever I visit. The staff are friendly and are quick to ask if I've been helped or need assistance. The selection of items at this location is much better than the some of the Best Buys in some of the neighboring cities.
There are many times when I went there just to pass some time and ended up buying something I didn't know I needed. Yes, I know that's how impulse buying works and that's what the store wants, but the store is clean and well laid out so I have no regrets about my purchase. Oh, and they also price match.

They don't stand behind anything they sell. Go buy it on Amazon after you look at it in best buy. You'll get a better deal and no feet hassles

I visited just once in a while. Good store with good deals.  I stepped on to pre-order the s9. My experience was good.  Team members are helpful and you don't wait for someone to come and help you.

I needed a micro-sd card reader late one evening.  Best Buy bailed me out by not only having 3 different types in stock, but having an associate available to show me where they were as well as providing advice.  I'm happy that it all worked out.

This store emphasizes customer service. Employees are always willing to help out. I also ordered a product online. Even with free shipping, it arrived at my house within 21 hours of purchase. Very impressive.
