Very helpful and intelligent. As a techie myself, I was selling an old phone to them that was in amazing condition , and I got paid a good amount for it. Note to others, TAKE THE STORE CREDIT! I made this mistake and didn't realize the cool stuff they have their and good prices.

I've received excellent service each time I've visited this location.  Not only has every person with whom I've dealt been friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person, they also installed new hard drives in both my desktop and my laptop in less time than quoted--much less in the case of my laptop, which they busted a move to fix, and finished before I had left the neighborhood. In addition, they've always demonstrated that  helping customers solve problems is more important than making a buck. For instance, they suggested that I could save money by buying hard drives online and bringing them in for the installation rather than pay them a markup on the same parts.  They also tested both hard drives that they removed, and found that one of them was still functional.  Then, when I came in to collect my computer, they explained how I could buy a case for cheap (from another store) and turn the internal drive they had removed into an external drive.  What a rare experience in this age of self-interested, money-chasing businesses. No question that I'll be a regular customer in the future.

This was the 4th and final store I went visited to get my son’s phone fixed. Not only did they have the parts, the were friendly and happy to help! The store was very clean and they even checked to make sure I didn’t have a warranty to cover the cost! I will definitely head here first from now on!

I purchased a phone recently from here, and it started having problems after the first day,and I have to say, these guys are #A1!  Great customer service. They have fixed everything possible!  Steve is great to work with!  Good job Device Pitstop Minnetonka!!

Best buy recommended this store to help me fix the  broken glass on my iPhone. I went into the store and was instantly sure I was at the right place - best customer service hands down. My phone was repaired within a couple of hours and was good as new.
