The staff at this location are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and polite with customers. I use this store at least twice per month. The store is nice, clean and friendly. They carry a selection of phones and phone payments can also be made there.

Great customer service! Thanks so much for how you treated my sweet, although maybe stubborn 77 yr old mother in law who dropped her cell phone in the dish water and tried to, all by herself, set up a new one. She became frustrated to tears, but still didn't call me until, I think she said, Jessica at Bardstown's Radio Shack helped her get her same phone number. Finally, she called me to put all her contacts in and set up her speed dial up and told me how much trouble she had and how impressed she was with your help. All her children live out of town, except her son, which would not be any help in this situation. We thank you.

Do not go here they have horrible customer service and DO NOT stand behind their products. The owner even made a snide remark as I was walking out the door...the owner! Go to Mr. Music or even Walmart before setting foot in this location.

The people that work there will take you for all your worth if you aren't too tech savvy.  I sent my wife there to get an adapter for my computer, keep in mind i sent the bad one for the techs to compair to, and she came back with this gawdy thing with like 10 interchangable heads.  I went back and returned the adapter they sold her and got the one i needed and it was $30 cheaper.  So be careful if you go into this radio shack and you don't know much about the tech world,  they like to pad their sales.
