After asking 3 different person, checking 3 different aisle by advice. Knowing what I want from beginning asking without their cart on cell phone... Waiting someone to help 15 minutes in front of desk, just to buy 3 power supply. If none of your employees cannot give me what I want, why you have so many people working... What is their job for

The associate that helped me with my tv purchase was amazing! Very knowledge and made suggested with pros and cons. He even helped me place it in my car! I will come to this best buy.

ZERO star. I spent a day at this store for their Geek squad to figure out why my 2in1's keyboard stopped working under warranty. They couldn't fix the keyboard obviously, but managed to malfunction the entire laptop and blamed it either on a bad mother board, or a broken hard drive, or a bad mother board after all (changed stories a few times). Either way they had to send it to repair, but since I had data on the hard drive, they insisted charging me $100 to back up my data for me.

How am I supposed to pay $100 to back up data after they made the laptop unusable? 

Store manager Sarah and technician Scot are rude and incompetent, they tried to talk themselves out of the thing like it was a charity they offered to even look at my laptop, no it's not a charity you offered because the laptop was purchased at your store and as a "certified" repair center you are responsible for fixing it under warranty.

I ended up spending a whole afternoon backing up manually from another laptop which had my hard drive installed by them. There is no way I can keep shopping at this store or BB as a whole, there was another lady I talked to there who had her pics lost in a thumb drive due to the flood, the store charged her over $100 for "trying" to restore them without success and wouldn't refund her money.

What a bunch of dumb ass.

Update: After returning my laptop from a remote repair it was still unusable, "Geeks" this time offered to look at it one more time but I would need to give them my PERSONAL password of the laptop so they can "start investing it", based on prior experience I knew this was likely some BS, so I took the laptop back and spent several hours to fix the OS so I can write this review on it. My advice: don't go to this place for issues that you can google online for solutions, they will make it worse.

Great store with friendly associates. Magnolia AV is also excellent for theater and sound consultation. Joel is highly knowledgeable and insightful. Not just trying to sell you whatever... He knows his stuff and how to get you the right system for your needs.
