Went in to buy computer monitor. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick one out. My only complaint is they show one monitor to be on sale but it is actually a bigger monitor on display than what is on sale. Had I not paid attention to that yesterday I would have picked up a 21 inch monitor thinking that it was the 27.

Typical Best buy service. You'll have to search out help of course, but occasionally you get a really hardworking sales associate. We went here for our washer and dryer. The guy that helped us really went above and beyond to accommodate us and our million questions. Ended up getting a deal on an open box dryer. He knew what all the fancy terminology for the features meant and explained them to me. Don't forget that they pricematch online, too. You have to show them your phone they'll override the price. Always double check because 9 times out of 10 it's cheaper online somewhere.

They sell electronics. It's nice and never too crowded. Employees are helpful but don't harass you.

Way over priced like usual, they wanted 15 dollars for an aux cord which I went and got at Wal-Mart for like 7. To top it off, I was going to buy a screen protector and a new Bluetooth speaker. No one came to help me, I went to the front to ask and they were talking with each other about what they were doing after work. I stood there in front of them for 2 minutes. We made eye contact several times. They never even said a word to me. I said screw it and left.

The Geek Squad (especially Nicole) rocks my world!  Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff.  Will work until the customer is satisfied, no matter what.  Individualized attention and aid in helping customers.  Giving staff - bells ring and staff holla! when donations are made to charity.  Great selection of merchandise.  An overall good experience.
