The staff were friendly and helpful, as soon as you entered the store they're there to assist you. They are all knowledgeable to their trade. Sadly the location of this store is very far from my place.

Stood around for a while, waiting for a sales associate to appear. I needed assistance.
The young associate who came to my assistance was very knowledgeable and helpful. I give him a rating of 4
I purchased a tv that someone had returned.
It had been checked by the Geek Squad and guaranteed that nothing was wrong with it.
When my husband started hooking it up at home, the screws were missing to attach the base. The warranty and user manual were also not in the box.
I will be calling the store and asking for the missing items.

Best buy in this current state is at the ultimate low as far everything.
I went there on the weekend the parking lot was almost empty. It's only a matter time before they meet the same fate as future shop. Refusing to listen to constructive criticism from clientele was and always will be there issue.

I went in today to get a new screen protector on a tablet. The nice guy told me it would take 10 minutes or so. So that's cool, I'll go check out the Bose wireless headphones with noise cancelling, cause I heard they are amazing. I was there for no longer than 20 seconds before a short store employee tells me she needs a picture of the Bose headphones , tidys the wires up and asks me if she can help me. And another guy comes basically pushing me out of the area . Geek squad guy was great but I guess department manager woman needs some customer service training. Why would I BUY those 400 headphones if I can't try them?

Thanks Best buy Aurora, you always seem to be the worst Best buy out there.
