Usually alright. A couple of years ago they sold me insurance on my phone, but they lied about the details. They did compensate me, but I lost on the deal. So use your head on insurance plans and read agreements or just record the conversation if buying expensive items. They will fix their mistakes, but be prepared to hold them accountable.  

Shelves and store fixtures are not always clean or stocked correctly. Prices not always correct so pay attention to how things ring up. They will not discount just because the price is mislabeled. 

The selection is good though. Really a good spot to check out if you cannot wait for Internet delivery or wanting to buy in person.

I enjoy going to this Best Buy because all the employees that I have talked to have been quite friendly and helpful. 

I always enjoy going to Best Buy to check out the newest gadgets. I found their customer service department very friendly. The black lady that works there, please forgive me for forgetting her name, is super friendly. She needs a promotion.

Top shelf.  Good, knowledgeable, helpful people (at least in Geek Squad) which have dealt with the most.  Got a new laptop PC from them a couple of months ago (pretty good deal) and this time was smart enough to get warranty plan.  Would have been nice to have loaner laptop while mine was getting fixed  (maybe this will get them to consider offering).  Wouldn't hesitate to use/buy again from or recommend.

Black Friday the place was super busy took us a while but everyone was trying their best to get us out of there as fast as possible while serving us the best they could. Plenty of information on products that they were given to us. Just have a little patience during the busy season and everything will turn out okay.

I had ordered online, stopped in to pick up.  The line for online order pick up waa longer than the regular checkout line but only had two people working it.  Finally, someone a nice lady saw what was going on and came over and started going to the line and getting names, going back and pulling the orders so they were ready to go as each cashier finished their current customer.
