This report is a good place to go and get Electronics last minute. You will usually end up paying more than if you were to order them Electronics Online. If you can go to the store when they are having a sale you will get a better value out of your purchase. They will really Jack you on price when it comes to Little Things such as phone cases and phone chargers. The customer satisfaction has always been very good. The cleanliness of the store has always been very good. Do not visit this place on Black Friday it is extremely busy. You can get all sorts of electronics here. Anything from computers two appliances. They are limited on their computer parts you cannot build a computer solely off of this store. It would be really nice if they had computer cases and motherboards they have a small selection of graphics cards and random access memory however if you're trying to build a computer don't go here.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. As to be expected, these big box stores are a one stop shop and you won't generally find expert knowledge. However, if you do your research beforehand, they have a reasonable selection of products on display that you can get hands on the product to make an informed decision.

I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service I have received: I purchased a new washer and dryer a week ago, because our washer went out, and had it set for delivery today. When they showed up 1/2 hour late for their appointment, the driver informed me that the side of the washing machine had a "dent" in it. When I went out to inspect it, the "dent", it was literally the entire side of the unit that was caved in.... No Dent!!! I naturally refused the delivery and was called by the Geek Squad representative. He informed me that there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours before they would be able to reschedule my delivery and that it would most likely be another week out (2 weeks without a washer). This is completely unacceptable!!! I paid for the products, waited around for a late delivery and now I have to wait again. When I called the 1-888-BESTBUY number, I was told the same thing. Where is the customer service in this. It wasn't my fault that someone mishandled the product, but now I'm the one that has to suffer. I will be canceling my BB VISA and will no longer be doing business with this company! Too bad, they used to be a good company that actually took care of the customer. I guess those days have passed.

I went in looking for some speakers for my 1972 Chevy Impala and was out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service and a great selection for anything you need!

This is your average Best Buy store. Nothing special about this location, they have all the basic trappings of a store like this. The displays are neat and organized. Can't say I've ever had an issue with items not being in stock. I've purchased all my latest electronics from this location, all without incident. The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the staff. While they aren't rude or anything they are just not very attentive or available. Maybe available isn't the right word, there are plenty of people on the sales floor it just seems that asking them for help is interrupting their conversations amongst each other. This especially noticable at the phone desk. I recall one transaction where the cashier was having a conversation with the guys at the front desk and she didn't even stop talking while she rang me up. No "hello" or any acknowledgement of any kind really. It was kind of irritating and I definitely felt like I was "bothering them with my business." I'm pretty easy going and I work in retail myself so I understand the boredom and also the fun of working with fun people but the customers are the whole reason you are there so the least you could do is take your discussion for 3 minutes while we complete our encounter. That said, all in all, the store serves it's purpose well and I have had some really good experiences with employees but those are few and far between. I'll add that I have shopped at different times and experienced this at each part of the day. I will continue to shop here for anything I don't get through an online retailer.
