Best Buy has a little of everything you may need as far as electronics and appliances, but also customer service. This is my go-to for electronics, etc. They usually have deals going on as well (especially if you are a My Best Buy Rewards Member, which is easy to sign up for by the way), and they almost always have knowledgeable staff willing to go above and beyond to help you. Stores like Wal-Mart just do not pay well enough for this type of customer service.

Not many electronic stores around anymore. The staff lately has been very helpful. Prices have also been competitive. Purchased my last computer here and got a good deal on a great Lenovo laptop. Not giving 5 stars only because of inconsistent customer service. Otherwise it's a good store.

We always have a pleasant experience shopping here. We have looking into upgrading our television to a larger size and 4K. Kervin helped us and he was extremely informative! He answered all of our questions. Not to mention we have gone to other electronic stores and big box stores to ask questions and it seemed like we knew more than the associates. But not at Best Buy. All the associates were informed on the products in their areas. And if they didn't know then they would get someone who did know. We had a very fast checkout and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.

This was the BEST retail experience in my 54 yrs!! Vincent was the customer service representative that handled my exchange. This young GENTLEMAN, only 17, was extremely confident, knowledgeable, friendly, charming and it didn't hurt that he was nice to look at!!
I haven't seen such confidence in people who have worked at the same job for 10 years! He was in NO WAY arrogant or egotistical!!
During the transaction, he wasn't sure if he was doing something correctly, so he excused himself and checked with a co-worker. Needless to say, Vincent was doing it correctly!! He had a smile on his face throughout my visit!!
After the transaction, that went, smooth as silk, I headed to the front door. Once I got to the door, Vincent was standing there, calmly and smiling, handing me my receipts, that I forgot to take. WOW!! (How did he get there before me?) Anyway, Vincent made my experience, one to remember! The way he spoke & handled himself, was not forced, nor phony!! I believe what I saw was the way Vincent always conducts himself!! I honestly can't say enough about this young man and how comfortable he made me feel!! If you know VINCENT, from the Best Buy, by Louis Joliet Mall, give him a high five, handshake or hug!! He deserves it!!
   I totally believe that this young man WILL do great things in life!! If the CEO at Best Buy Corp. is smart, he/she will allow Vincent to travel from store to store, training new and REtraining current employees on how to work with customers. EVERY company should employ Vincent for that same purpose!! In my opinion, Vincent IS the definition of great customer service!!! The BEST customer service representative I have ever dealt with, in my 54 yrs!!!

Sydney at the Best buy store helped us buy an iPad today. She was absolutely fantastic. Best customer service I've received in a long time!! I will continue to come back because of the amazing customer service I received today.
