I purchased a refrigerator from Aaron's under the old management where it was damaged during a service call. It began to not keep anything cold. I contacted them under new management and they listened to my story and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived with fluid leaking from the NEW unit!!!!!! I had to explain the situation again to the new staff that had no knowledge. I was put in touch with Marcus the DM he came and looked at the unit then ordered another replacement. I now have a working refrigerator. I appreciate all that was done for me. Marcus , Rod and Nancy provided exceptionally great customer service.

Under new management and crew!!!! Wow simply wow!! I was helped by nancy and she's just a breath of fresh air. She's super sweet. We picked out the perfect living room set. I mean it takes patience to shop with me and she was awesome she broke everything down for me she helped me envision what I actually wanted .. She went into detail about my wall color and curtains and size and accents and styles that im attracted to. Well we built my perfect living room from tables,rugs, lamps ,and accessories to look for.. I will most definitely be recommending my girlfriends to go and shop with Nancy.. I'll be back for my bedroom set nancy😉👍

Horrible customer service , had a couch for 2 months then the sectional back came loose. I called repeatedly for a month , they blew me off. Aaron's sent 2 separate delivery guys 2 weeks apart to "repair" both times not returning my call after that . Today 4/7/17 I came in the store because I was told a manager would be in, I explained to him about the issue and he said he would find another matching part to the sectional ( not to mention they told me the same thing the first time they came out). I also mentioned to him that my payment was due and that I should not have paid or be paying for a couch that's falling a part. His response was that I'm "not paying for the item ,your leasing it", I told him to come take the couch out of my apartment, I filled a complaint with corporate, BBB and I also will follow up with small claims for a refund of all the money I've invested if I don't receive a response from corporate. Also this day i made my payments for the 2 other items I rent , I'm not poor and I'm not trying to get "free rent", treat your customers right.

Horribly customer service ! DONT!!!!! Let them remove the doors to get furniture in or out , they damaged my apartment doors and claimed they are not responsible because it was authorized by some one in my house(they are not on my lease) .I was not home!
