Ordered a TV, which they charged immediately, then three days later emailed me they were out of  stock and had to cancel, and then two days after that says its ready for pickup.  Too late.  But my card never got refunded.  Three emails later and still nothing.  And the order line is perpetually "under heavy load"...  What a joke.  Never ordering there again...

Third customer in line on black Friday to purchase a TV at a great deal.  They told us outside they had none and would be receiving a truck load on Monday.  They stated that everyone could pick it up then.  Waited in line for an hour because the card readers were down and our cashier didn't know how to use the carbon copier for credit cards.  Two managers stood around doing nothing as well as multiple other employees.  Took forever for a manager to fix the problem.  Went on Monday and found out the truck hasn't arrived.   Argued with someone about how they said they would call us but didn't even have our phone number.  They never said such a thing anyways.  Never got a call Monday.  Tuesday I call and find out that they sold us at TV that they didn't even have in the warehouse.  They said they don't know how long it will be.  It makes no sense to me to promise customers a product at a specific time when they have no physical product to sell.  They were incompetent and rude.  They just needed to accept responsibility and help the customer, only they ignored issues and blamed poor communication on my end.  I will never shop at Hhgregg again and I hope others will learn from my experience.

Horrendous experience with this locatIon. I should have realized an empty store on a Friday evening was a red flag. From having to wait a month for delivery of my washer and dryer, to the incompetent sales person failing to verify that the machines would be in stock on my delivery date, to the delivery very person neglecting to connect the washer hose correctly and ruining my kitchen ceiling and light fixtures, as well as my new dryer. No one at the store, hhgregg service center, or contracted delivery company has shown ANY interest in helping us. I spent $2200 in this store and have nothing but water damage to show for it. Disgusting.

Ordered a bed and was supposed to get a call 40 minutes prior to them dropping it off. Got no phone call and ended up missing them. Someone was home. The delivery people didn't ring the doorbell or anything.

Prices are ok to good but based on many visits over several years, many of the sales people ignore you if they can just talk to each other
