Top notch customer service from Pierre and Nick of the Geek Squad Department. Thank you for helping me out with my Surface Pro 4. They went above and beyond to find resolution to my problem. I was able to leave for my trip with my SP4 on hand.....These individuals deserve credit and should be recognized for what they do to their customers....they represent the "Best" of Best Buy......

I originally was shopping online for a radio to replace in my car. I was trying to avoid going into the store at all cost prior to purchasing it and arranging for the installation. Attempted to get support through the online portal and had a very bad experience there to begin with. I finally got a nice young lady by the name I believe was Jessica Hernandez via the Best Buy chat, after dealing with the geek squad that said they couldn't help me. At the same time I was chatting with Mrs. Hernandez I was trying to get a hold of the store to see about installation, after trying for about 25 minutes with the assistance of Jeff Perez that is their phone support, I was hung up on or the calls was never picked up. I then proceeded to drive to the store, bear in mind it is a 15-20 minute drive from my house. Spoke to a Manager of which I don't recall her name, she passed me of to Jon Ordoñez who was able to confirm that the radio that Mrs. Hernandez suggested was in fact a radio that would fit in the car. I made the purchase and Jon did help me with the installation fee but, was unable to have it installed same day. So we set up an installation date of today, I did receive a call this morning but no voicemail, so I thought it was just to confirm my appointment for today, I did call back and again went the circles through their phone system. I arrived early as always to find out that the tech called out and he is the only one in the entire store that does installations, hard to believe that a company this big as Best Buy does not have a back up plan for their loyal customers. To say the least I am very disappointed in my overall customer experience.

A good place to look for especial buy, most of the time they have sales! and the best part they do match price with others big well known stores. imma big time buyer at best buy.

Appalled. That is the first word that comes to mind when speaking of the customer service from this Best Buy location. We were questioned twice on the validity of my service dog, who while we were waiting patiently for assistance was lying at my feet unfazed ( as service dogs should be ) by any of the distractions around her. Also, to clarify she had proper tags / attire labeling her “Service Animal”. When we asked for assistance the employee walked us over to an aisle, looked at the shelf and simply said “we don’t have any” and walked away. If it were not for Michael and Cathy (employees) who attempted to assist with looking up the product we were inquiring about, I would not even give this location a star.

Been shopping for a new phone for my wife and trying to get customer service it's like trying to find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow....
