IF I COULD HAVE LEFT NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD HAVE! I was hung up on by two different store employees, I called 1-888-BEST-BUY to report this, and while trying to report this issue I got placed on hold, without any notice, and I was left on hold until I had to hang up and redial. Then, while calling back to report BOTH problems, I was hung up on A THIRD TIME!!! This kind of customer service is what drives customers away. I was hung up on 3 times and left on hold indefinitely without warning. Is this really how Best Buy takes care of their customers? I will be sure to avoid using any of Best Buy's services from here on forward.

As a person that can smell Best Buy like a dog from miles away... who doesn't like new toys on this Sunday morning when you girlfriend is maxing out her credit cards to get you one! Delafield Best Buy is ran by Greg you know you'll get the right product at a great deal! Greg, Will did an excellent job give him a raise!!!

Update - after purchasing my current cell phone here my AT&T account was hijacked and my SIM card deactivated. I quickly found out there had been over $500 of international calls placed in the couple hours it took to fix the problem. Best Buy won't acknowledge it but this is the only place I was ever asked to give out my account password. In alnost 20yrs of carying a cell phone nothing like this has ever happened before. Buyer beware... Original - Greatest Best Buy in the area. Smaller than others but there is always someone available to help. Not pushy at all.

It's an alright store. Sometimes I feel like the staff ignores me on purpose though. Good luck getting an employee to lift a finger to help you here.

We had a great experience with Wyatt helping us through buying a new TV, sound system, and wall mount pre black Friday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products they had there as well as getting the best bang for our buck. Even with all the chaos of people shopping around us, he gave us his full and undevided attention.
