This is a review of Tim in Appliances:
My wife purchased a new refrigerator and we needed very specific info on deactivating the light bulbs to be Sabbath-compliant. Tim researched the issue and guided us through the purchase and delivery (a separate story-total fail by first delivery subcontractor who canceled order for no reason-Tim fixed this as well!) of the LG refrigerator we wanted. When the refrigerator arrived (very competent neat and polite delivery team) we were able to deactivate the refrigerator lighting immediately. However, when my wife opened the  freezer, the internal design had been changed/updated by LG, and no longer resembled the floor model at the store, which had been what she expected. The freezer did not have an obvious way to deactivate the lights, which undermined all of the reasons this model was selected. We contacted Tim, who readily and enthusiastically jumped in to help. he began researching what he could about the design change and contacted the manufacturer, and tried looking up parts specifications. At the point when nothing seemed to solve the problem, Tim was prepared to help us select an alternative fridge  without losing the sale advantages we had utilized in reliance on the LG meeting our needs.But right after talking about a different model, Tim called us to say that his further research solved the issue (placement of magnets to deactivate light), and he stayed on the phone and explained the complicated location, until we had placed the magnets correctly. He saved the transaction, since the LG was the design that we wanted for many reasons. This intelligent hard-working individual could have abandoned the customer, but his diligence paid off and he solved what had to be an unusual customer service issue. We are grateful and want to recommend him acknowledge his superior work ethic.

Christian in computer and electronics was great to work with. He gave us several options at different prices for my wife’s work computer. He did a very good job staying with us and answering all of our questions from first meeting him until we were ready to walk out the door. Geek squad set up her computer and installed all of the programs for us in record time. They said expect 24 hours and it was done in 6. Very well done!

This is one of the Best shop I ever seen in Milwaukee and near by area. If you want to buy any electronics item I will suggest visit this place once. Staff here is very cooperative, they provides useful information and guides very well for purchasing any items. They offers good financial scheme as well if you needed.

Walked in pressed for time.  I was directed to the area I needed on arrival.  Salesperson was knowledgable and efficient.  Made it out in record time.  Been a customer for years.  Best buy is just best buy.  No comparison.  I love it

Had a great associate named Joe that really helped us find the right laptop for our needs. The store was clean and we got to try before we buy. I will definitely be returning to this store for our next computer purchase.
