We have always had excellent service, sometimes over & beyond. The staff does not "jump" on you asking if we need help, they give just enough time to come up to us asking if we had any questions. They also "listen" to what we have to say and offer other selections that they think we would like. The store is always clean, there is always respect, they are all very knowledgeable. Thank you for great service!

Electronics sold in brick and mortar stores have become very rare, with much of that business going online. Best Buy is a virtual monopoly in that respect for Milwaukee. They sell computers, tv, audio gear, and appliances that you can actually touch. For convenience combined with immediate gratification, you can order online and pick it up at the store.

Do your research and know what you want. The Best buy prices are almost always the lowest, in my opinion. Brick and mortar stores are wonderful. Try before you buy, but remember to buy there if you do. Knowledgeable salespeople were also a big help to us the last time we were there. Parking was not an issue and the folks helped load our car.

Love this location, close to home, good service, friendly and informative staff. Rarely have to wait around for help. Surprisingly good selection for the size of the store.

Very helpful staff. I recommend buying electronics there. The sales people are educated on the products and help find the right items to best fit you.
