Went into the store on black Friday couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to the counter and explain what I was looking for. The gentleman listen and he guide me exactly to the item and explain to me how to use it because he have one himself. So that gave more confidence  to purchase with best buy. I know there job is to sale regardless but his energy was positive and I  felt that he was being truthful.

ELECTRONICS & MORE: there are so many places to from which to buy some things but when it comes to investing in electronics meant for more that the day to day social functions, Best Buy proved and as it has in the past to be the specialists with YOUR needs as their focal point.  Cameron, the sales associate with whom I partnered on this purchase (with the assistance of a manager for price matching) diligently worked to find and secure what I needed and ensure that I had the best options for sustaining the operational features of my purchase and ensuring the accuracy of the purchase price match as a part of guaranteeing a quality shopping experience.  Of course it is always nice to window shop when you are done with your business and there are plethora of items to mentality check off for future visits.  😎

Bought a computer paid for for adding an extra hard drive but they never installed it in to the system I had to call my brother to get it done and I took it back to them a second time to get it done but they said it was but again no luck until my brother came home from work and was able to take a look at it for me.

Extremely Terrible SERVICE Experience!!!!

 If you are in Memphis, need a custom high-end install, don't go with Magnolia as they outsource it to Magnolia Perimeter-Atlanta for installations and SERVICE. 

Magnolia's SERVICE in Memphis is non existent. Geek Squad can't do anything because it is a high end install, and literally no one at ATLANTA PERIMETER store picks up the phone and returns the phone calls. Our home theater installed by Magnolia-Perimeter Atlanta has been non functional for almost 5 months despite multiple phone calls to Managers, Service Associates! 

You are better off going with local Memphis Stores like Phoenix. ..
