Wonderful customer service! Privately owned! Met the owner Wyatt tonight, and his sons. Super nice man! It is nice to know you can still have a store that is reliable for keeping specialty items that are hard to find unless you go online, in stock and ready to pick up! You can expect to get a friendly home town "Hello" as soon as you walk in the door, depending on which one you choose to walk into! Lol! Inside joke with the owner! We will be back soon! The staff at Radio Shack are always so willing to help you. They have great customer service and really care about their customers. The owner, Mr. Harper is the sweetest man ever.

Was not incredibly familiar with XLR Type Mic plugs nor their gender. Store seemed to tidy and well-kept. Attendant was friendly, however and that deserves recognition in this day and age.

Ok, to start for those who are looking for a CORPORATE owned store. This would NOT be the place for you. This radio shack is privately owned and operated and therefore is more along the lines of the radio shacks of old, where you will find a lot of electronic items not easily found in other "big box" Electronics stores. That being said, you will also find a good selection of the items you can find in the bigger stores at very competitive prices. The owner is super pleasant and the employees very knowledgeable about everything we asked them about. Of course it is impossible for them to have an answer for EVERY question but in my experience. I feel safe in saying that if they DONT know the answer they will do their best to find the answer for you. They offer computer building, repair as well as cell phone, tablet and lap top screen repair. Definitely give them a shot if you are in the Dickson Fairview area!!!

Products are over priced and very slow staff. Awful experience today. Bought a printer cord and payed $20 in cash and the left over change with my card. And now realize they charged whole amount on my card. Now got to go back in and try to get my money back. Never ever will I shop at Radio Shack again. Like I said it's an overpriced limited electronic store that I don't honestly know how they keep the doors open. After all the years they've been in business you would think they would want to compete with Best Buy or Electronic Express buy no they will be the shack thats only sells adapters and small items for 500% markup. Don't see a future for this business.
