Very good service. Store pickup was very easy. They have a lot of options and the lowest prices. They will also check and match prices. I personally have went in there for a pickup and found out that I was going to save 155.00 because they checked the price and found it lower somewhere else. They also carry top line products that you would not find in other stores. They also have a large variety of items. Their television section has plenty of choices from bargain televisions to theater quality televisions.  The same goes for their audio section. They also have just about any laptop or PC you could think of. Not to mention all the accessories they carry. They also sell a large selection of movies and video games. They also carry cell phones from most providers like Verizon,Sprint,ECT. Plus they offer discounts and promotions on cell phones. You can also ask any associate there and they actually know their products. They also have geek squad to help those who are not tech savvy as well service or repair products. All in all it is a good place in today's world of electronics.

Customer service was outstanding. An associate walked me around and helped me find everything I was looking fur and recommended products to me. On a desperate visit, I was able to return a product with ease. And the geek squad answered some questions over the phone for me. I've never had a bad experience at this location.  So kudos to this team. A great place to spend your money.

Tried to call 3 different times-never could get past the idiotic revolving loop of computer generated garbage. I had a simple question about availability of a product. “Is it in stock at this store?” NO RESPONSE!!  Whomever set up this phone answering system must have HATED Best Buy!!

The staff at this Best Buy work as a family and really do care about their customers needs. They pride themselves in making sure that all of the customers are taken care of and get everything that they need if possible and they are cross trained in the store to handle all of the customers questions. This is a great store to shop. I had never been to a Best Buy until I came to Tennessee and I am really impressed with this one.

Went in to look for a particular  car stereo that had everything I wanted in one stereo.  Did not expect to find one, been looking around for a while.  they just so happened to have one with all the things I wanted. and it was a Pioneer.  Price was fair, for what I got compared to other stereos. The only down fall to my shopping experience was no military discount.  although the gentleman helping us, was great to include apologizing for no military discount.  I would defiantly return in the future. once my wife lets me go, lol.
