I do not shop here a lot but when I do they usually have what am looking for. Its like a candy store for me so 5 stars. I have to stay away. My last visit was with the mobile department. Experience was great, associate was really nice and professional in the mobile department. Love my Samsung Gear S3 by the way.

For everyone claiming they called the store, even though it says that's the store phone number. Unless you punch in an extension you are not going to be connected to someone in store due to the fact that all calls are intercepted by an answering service. Jon who answers the phone is not the customer service specialist jonathan. Two different people in two different locations. When you speak to someone about product availability you ask for the Jackson location then have them patch you to customer service. If not they will forward you to the wrong department. This is just yo clear up the misconception of "I called and they told me the wrong thing" and "they never answer". Secondly the store is broken down into different departments and if there is an associate who doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable 9 times out of 10 they work a different department and the person who is informed was unavailable due to many variables, other customers, warehouse call, ects.  I hope that everyone can understand that this is not only a business but a place of employment and most of the people here are following standard practices that if not followed accordingly can have negative consequences. That's why its always important to shop smart and familiarize yourself with what you plan on buying. A sales rep sells to you based off the information you already know about the product. If you have no knowledge of what you want it can cause confusion.

Some of the sales associates aren't very good with social skills...  I had a tall guy named Chase that kept trying to dodge me at first and then when we finally got him to help he spoke to us condescendingly...
