The saleswoman in bras was extremely helpful in fitting me with the correct size.  Very patient and pleasant with online purchase returns.  Gotta get her name - I should know it.  She's been there a long time.  But the store -- looked like a crazy rush of people had just left after a big sales event.  Several departments that I walked through we're just terrible.  Clothes all a jumble, belts on the floor, purses everywhere.  I didn't see any sales people folding, stacking clothes, etc.  Didn't see more than 1 cashier to a counter.  Seemed like maybe this store cut back on employees.  That's too bad.  It shows.  NEVER seen it like that before.  I've been shopping at that Penny's for 17 years.  I think they need more people.  Oh, and bath and kitchenware, what's up with that Dept. ?

Store in Las Cruces is filthy dirty- clothes scattered all over- unfolded clothes on displays - are not re-organized, the doors on the changing rooms dont stay closed and are dirty.  Such a shame to see.

Very accommodating and nice staff. Just cut my hair and she made it look great! Even though my hair was a mess and I was asking a lot. Great short hair cut :)
