Cell phones don't have ear phone jack's. So we needed to buy some blue tooth head phones. Verizon's price was way too high and so my husband went to Best Buy as they typically are very helpful.  NOT today! Today, around mid afternoon, a 23ish woman was sitting at the desk in the phone area. She was doing paperwork. My husband walked up to the counter where he was promptly ignored. After about 5 mins she took her communication and called a male sales rep over to help my husband. He explained what he needed but the male sales man (who was really polite, attentive, and nice)...but couldn't help. So he told the woman who sighed loudly, slammed her hand on her paperwork, and reluctantly got up to help. She walked over to the head phones and pointed to a pair that we're over $100! My husband explained that Verizon's weren't that expensive to which she said "Then you should go to Verizon."  Best Buy we have done business with you for a long time...maybe it's time to rethink that.

Always love this store. Nothing but friendly/professional staff and almost always have what I’m looking for in stock. Absolutely the best warranty program I have seen. I will purposefully go out of my way to buy an item at Best Buy simply for the warranty.

We purchased a 82 inch Samsung TV plus the additional warranty, the TV was to be delivered two days later. When we got home there was a message from our salesperson asking for us to call there was a small problem. My husband called the TV that their system showed as in Stock was not but they ordered it and wanted to rescheduled, so we rescheduled then we get an automated call saying it would be delivered on a different day a day we had said no we won't be here for not the day we scheduled with the store. So we call long story short they are telling us we are out of their delivery region but they will deliver how ever the extra warranty plan we bought if we need service there would an additional charge on top of the $299 we paid for the service plan, this is not what we were told in the store! Best Buy corporate has no answers why this was sold to us based on lies. Consumers BEAWARE I am sure we weren't the first bet we will not be the last.

Jordan and Andy of the Geek Squad were fantastic!  They both helped me tremendously, not only by explaining the "what and why" I needed to get my laptop repaired but also by getting it repaired for me very quickly!  Excellent customer service!!!

This is a large Best Buy with a ton of electronics and different sections like an apple section and a toy section and a tv section and an appliance section so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for and the employees were all nice and helpful
