This is for the stand-alone small Best Buy...the small one with cellular/mobile in the mall of NH (NOT the regular/bigger best buy store in the mall). Had a really great experience as well as a great deal...Got 2 new cells and Tom is overqualified but that's to the stand-alone store's credit and the customer's benefit too!! Tom is great and will be as thorough as needed. There was an error in the process but it wasn't Tom's fault. This stand-alone also has the Verizon rep to back things up if needed with the carrier side of things and he's absolutely great, too! Seems as though the Verizon rep will be honoring the error, which, as far as I'm concerned, is the right thing to do and appreciated! I'll edit this if things change but, so far, a really great experience and highly recommended.

When i used my 2 year warranty that i had been paying for monthly they informed me that the warranty will provide a refurbished (used) phone for 200$. Im sure it was somewhere in the fine print novel that they call "terms and conditions," but that is BS. Totally useless. They had me jump through hoops just to get that absolutely ridiculous deal and then told me that they cannot transfer my data from my old phone to the new one.

Made me spend $550 for a setup that did the same thing for me as a $35 setup (also purchased from them, but later, after they lied to me and made me spend $550). They did not take my $550 setup back, not even with a penalty, as I had it for a couple of days more than the 15 day return policy. Anyways, because of them, got stuck with a $550 hole in my budget. Not nice... I asked for a wireless way to watch netflix on my TV. I was recommended a Samsung tablet with the AllShare wireless device. Paid $550 on them. The tablet kept disconnecting, went to return it. Surprise: Bestbuy changes return policy from 30 to 15 days. I had it for 20. Manager said he cannot do anything about it (SO HE LIED TO ME). He actually COULD but DIDN'T WANT to do anything about it. I would have accepted to take it back, even with a 10-15% off (well, it was still an open item, although you can realize: no scratches, nothing wrong). The same day I found out that I could have used google's Chromecast wireless device ($35 !!!!!) to watch Netflix movies from any device with google chrome on it. Now I am stuck with a $550 tablet and device that I cannot return, because BestBuy's advice. I just bought a laptop today, from Nashua Bestbuy. I won't buy anything from Manchester again. Cannot trust them.

Great Customer Service! I went to Best Buy at the Mall of New Hampshire on Wednesday evening to consider purchasing a new IPAD 3 for my wifes birthday. My 8 yo daughter and I looked at a couple different models and we really weren't too sure what was best for her needs. At almost 9 o'clock when the mall was closing we took one final look. We were approached by the Store Manager, Chris! He couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all my questions about the IPAD 3 and was so nice to me and my daughter through the entire process. He recommended we purchase a screen protector which they installed for free! I also purchased the 2 year warranty as suggested. Having little ones at home this seemed to be a great buy for peace of mind. It turns out after going through the entire process of ringing me up, putting on the screen protector and selling me the additonal warranty, they actually rung up and protected an IPAD 2, not the 3. Chris was extremely apologetic. The store was closed at this point. He had the cashier do an exchange in the system and for the hassle (which wasn't really much of a hassle), he didn't charge me a dime more for the IPAD 3. The IPAD 3 goes for 100 bucks more than the 2, but Chris made an even exchange. I left with a nice brand new Ipad 3 and even more importantly that evening, I left with an extremely great experience from one of the number one retailers in the country. And the service came directly from the store manager. Way to Go Best Buy- And Way to Go Christopher! Thank You!
