Had to exercise the maintenance contract and have my daughter's laptop fixed.  They decided to replace it but I was somewhat paranoid about the process never having done it before.  There was no reason to be concerned.  The sales rep and the geek from the geek squad (not really a geek -- actually a very knowledgeable professional with excellent customer service skills-LOL), set a new standard in customer service.  I'm a former national sales training manager for a Fortune 500 and when I see great customer service, I have to let the company know.  Great job Best Buy...you deserve the name..

Ballroom dances every Sunday night!  Love it! I sell lip sense there to those who try it.  Great owners, great place to eat Friday night fish!  People come from Rockford, Milwaukee, baraboo, Watertown, and from all over to our Sunday night free dance lessons and dance.

Not open late enough. They used to be open till 10 and rolled it back to 9. You're in business to serve ALL your customers not just your cronies. The city is bad with lousy traffic lights. We now go elsewhere.

Just the right size for Best Buy in a smaller town , never too busy and easy to get in and out with whatever you are looking for when in a hurry.

This Best Buy has a smaller selection than a lot of locations. On the positive side the sales staff is friendly and doesn't pressure you. I used to avoid a Best Buy where I lived before because of their hard sell tactics. I wish all the locations were run like this one. The pics below are of the store gearing up for Black Friday.
